UOP Author Takes Mexico by Storm
University of Ottawa Press author Michael Small was in Mexico this week, and was invited to speak about his recent book: The Forgotten Peace: Mediation at Niagara Falls, 1914. Despite the rain, around 70 people attended the talk. Attendees included Mexican diplomats, academics, and 18 university students who traveled all the way from Guadalajara to El Atrio. Thanks to everyone who made the effort to come out, the event was a smash!
